Recently newly renovated. Roban House is a small friendly guest house with accommodation within 10 minutes' walking distance of the bus, train stations and the centre of Bath. STRICTLY NO SMOKERS. The hotel has luxury rooms with high quality Egyption Cotton bed linen and bath sheets, en-suite and private bathrooms, with free wireless broadband throughout. Some on-street permit parking available (subject to availability) outside, or free unlimited street parking is available nearby. Please note, we do not operate left luggage option. If you arrive in Bath before the arranged check in you will be able to leave your luggage opposite the train station in the Internet and Storage cafe. PLEASE NOTE. We now offer in house holistic treatments such as Aromatherapy,Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Sport/Remedial Massage and Face Massage. These normally need to be booked in advance. Please telephone for details. The earliest check-in is at 3 pm and the latest at 9 pm (5 pm and 9 pm on Sundays) and the latest check out 10 am except by prior arrangement (additional charges will apply). Roban House does not have a permanently manned reception. We will contact you to arrange the suitable check-in time. Please note: Bookings are made on advance purchase terms only and the card used for booking must be shown on arrival and be in the name of one of the guests. A photographic proof of ID will also be required on arrival. If you are booking on behalf on someone else please check with the Guest House. Continental breakfast is available at an extra cost and prices vary and it is served in the room. The Family two bedroomed suite is sold on room only basis. The twin/double en-suite includes continental breakfast in the room rate. There are plenty of cafes around serving breakfast at very reasonable rates. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted. Children over the age of 12 are permitted if accompanied by a responsible adult. We do not permit any changes/transfers to the original booking after the booking has been made. It might be possible to add a guest bed into some of the rooms at £50 per night but please check with the Guest House before booking. Guests are requested not to enter the property in dirty, dusty or soiled industrial clothing. We reserve the right to request you to change before entering.
