The Bybrook Restaurant The Michelin Starred Bybrook Restaurant, led by Richard Davies and his brigade of chefs, carefully combines the finest local ingredients with produce from our very own kitchen garden to create a culinary masterpiece. This year has already seen the Bybrook receive the accolade of "Wiltshire restaurant of the year" , retain its Michelin star for the third year running, reach the final of the "AA Wine Award" for the second year running and achieve the "Top City and Country Hotel Tea Award of Excellence" by the Tea Guild for afternoon tea.
