Goodrington Sands being only 250yards away and the Town Centre and Paignton sea front both less than a 10 minute stroll. The Guesthouse is fully licensed with basket style meals available most evenings in the spacious lounge/bar which also has a full size pool table and TV .Full English breakfast is served in the dining room. Afternoon tea is also available in the lounge. Bedrooms are en suite, some have a sea view. All are tastefully appointed and have TV and DVD players. A romantic four poster bedroom is also available.
